Dear Clark Family,

This letter is to give you an update on guidelines for in-person gatherings, provide clarity and to address any questions you may have.

As we prepare for in-person gatherings, we are still adhering to the CDC protocols and procedures. To ensure safety when entering the building, the Re-entry Team has created a FOUR PHASE process.

 PHASE 1

Effective immediately!  This policy mandates:

Weekday Policy

  • Only 10 people are allowed in the building at any given time.

  • Masks are always required. If you do not have a mask, please take one from the basket located on the sign-in table.

  • At this time, only persons entering the building should be the Administrative Staff, Music and Dance Ministry Team, Building Facilitators, Budget Managers, Worship and Celebration Chairperson, Media Team, and the Pastor.

  • Due to sanitizing rotation, any ministry team who has a key to the building must coordinate their schedule with the administrative office prior to entry.  Policies and procedures are in place to secure our safety.

  • Please enter the building through the ramped entrance.  There is a hand sanitizer station upon entering.  On the table will be a SIGN-IN LOGBOOK with pens in a dispenser.  We ask you to use a pen from the clean dispenser, sign-in accordingly and place the used pen in the dirty dispenser. There is a touchless digital thermometer station where you will take your temperature using your wrist or your forehead. Please record your temperature in the sign-in logbook.

  • Please exit the building through the Fellowship Hall glass doors.  As you exit, on the table will be a SIGN-OUT LOGBOOK. We ask you to take a pen from the clean dispenser to sign-out accordingly and place the used pen in the dirty dispenser. (Exceptions will be made for those who require usage of the ramp and those with keys.)

PHASE 2

Effective Easter Sunday.  We will continue to follow Phase 1 Policy in addition to changes listed below:

Administrative Staff in Person Church Office Hours

  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm

Sunday Morning Worship Policy

Ushers will be available to assist you.

  • Please enter the building through the ramp entrance.

  • Masks are always required. If you do not have a mask, please take one from the basket located on the sign-in table.

  • There is a hand sanitizer station upon entering.

  • There is a touchless digital thermometer station where you will take your temperature using your wrist or your forehead.

  • Upon entering the Pat Stone Annex, an Usher will greet you and direct you to the sanctuary for seating.

  • We ask you to remain seated before, during, and after worship.

  • After worship, Ushers will direct you by rows to exit through the sanctuary doors.

  • Please place your offering in the offering box located in the back of the sanctuary, as you are leaving.

  • Feel free to fellowship outside.

  • The next phases will be announced at the time we deem appropriate.

We appreciate your adherence to the policies as outlined. We thank you for your support and praise God for his covenant.

Love, Blessings, and Peace
